10x ROAS With Roofing Company (+New Website) all in less than a week!!
Context:
So Shinchclad is a roofing company that mainly works on the industrial side but wanted to open their horizons a little with the residential roofing side! So the owner Sean decided to reach out to a marketing agency I'm not going to name and shame but basically fobbed them off. Badly!
Took their money, made a weak excuse of a website then ran for the hills!
It was actually Sean's son that reached out to me asking for my help and after hearing this common horror story I said...
"You know what, because you've already paid someone else and that money isn't going to come back anytime soon, I'll do a website for free and we will take it from there"
Phase 1 - Making the website
So they had a pretty small list of requirements and to be fully honest with you were super easy to work with.
They wanted something that captured their fast moving innovative brand but wanted it made ASAP.
Therefore my goal was to get it up and running in 2 days - which I did!
And continuously improve it over time so this isn't their finished site to say it's more of a MVP (Minimal Viable Product) which includes a chat feature, neat design and responsive features.

Phase 2 - Getting them leads
Now, the exciting bit...
Getting them a wild 10x ROAS!
They wanted me to get them leads and fast for their residential roofing services.
So I decided to start off with Meta ads...
But not how you would think!
Instead of targeting people actively looking for a roofer in the market I decided to take a different approach so we didn't get "average" and "mediocre" results, I actually targeted people who were unaware they needed a roofer.
Simply by:
Targeting people with solar panels
Creating a disruptive headline that would make someone with solar panels read
Painting a vivid image of a potential problem (Pigeons nesting)
Revealing the solution (their service) after they message from the ad
And yes, it worked!
Extremely well, because this way we aren't like all the other roofers battling over 3% of the market that are looking for a roofer.
We are getting untapped potential customers!
We have only spent £40 in ads so far and have a guaranteed £425 return and a heap of leads we are waiting to here back from!
Now what?!
Ah so these are just the very early stages working with Shinchclad and the future looks bright!
I will just remind you this is all within 7 days of working with them.
What will happen in the next few weeks?
Well I guess only time will tell but at this rate I reckon I may be writing up one of my biggest case studies in the upcoming weeks with this business!!
